The President’s Sign Off-Year 2022

The year has had its fair share of moments: Some good, some bad, some outright ugly. Respectful of all faiths that shall come across this note, I would like to reiterate that it is not by our grace nor by our might that we are exactly where we are now. The JN

Maragia Foundation continues to wish our people well, offering support at each and every turn to the extent that this remains possible. I admit that it has not been easy, but as a Foundation, we remain alive to the principle of reciprocity, with the little or the much that has been given to us.

I take this earliest opportunity to share festive season greetings from me, and my entire family. It is a reflective season, and it is my singular wish that we shall take time to look at the year introspectfully, and build up a hope as we trudge on into the new year 2023. I know the economic downtime has affected all of us in one way or another, but I beseech all to share lovingly with those that are bereft in one way or another. Outstretch your hand, and give a shoulder:

➢ To those in need,

➢ To those in mourning or unwell,

➢ To those that are lost, alone and afraid,

➢ To those that have no reason to hope for tomorrow,

➢ To those experiencing pain, frustration and stagnation in any aspect of their lives,

➢ To those that are at the brink of giving up, AND

➢ To those that do not see any essence in Humanity.

Brethren, Merry Christmas, and may the tides favour us ALL in 2023.

Remember life doesn’t get any easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient. Stand firm noting that no matter how much falls on us: We shall keep ploughing ahead as that is the only way to keep our roads clear.

To those that have generously given towards the Acts of Charity by the Foundation, may you be blessed abundantly because sans your support, we would not be where we are today. I politely request that you continue with the support as you have in the past, as the human capacity for burden is like a Bamboo-It is indeed more flexible that any of us would ever believe at first glance.

May the Almighty God bless you all

JN Maragia,

Foundation’s President.
